Our Adoptive Parent Program

PERSONALIZED  -To ensure a confidential and personalized adoption process we work with 10-20 adoptive couples a year.

SUPPORTIVE - We create a built in support system by training adoptive families together.  Following training they meet monthly during the waiting period for additional support. 

EDUCATIONAL - Our training provides more than 40 hours of parent training to all adoptive parents-greatly expanding on the 12 hours of training required by the Colorado Department of Human Services. 

HEALING - We provide a caring and safe environment for those couples healing from their infertility experience.  Our training provides education about the complexities of adoption and parenting.

Why Choose an Adoption Agency versus an Attorney

Colorado Law requires counseling for birthparents, home studies and training for adoptive parents.  All this must be completed through a licensed child placement agency

Infertility and unplanned pregnancies are delicate issues and need to be handled with care, compassion and professional expertise.  All of the persons involved in adoption need to be cared for with the greatest of respect.

Adoption agencies are experts on adoption and the legal process.  They also maintain life long records about the adopted child, the birth parents and adoptive parents.

Individual Information Gathering

     We believe it is important for us to get to know one another before we commit to your adoption process together. For this reason we take a lot of time during an individual interview to get to know one another and to answer any questions you might have about adoption and our agency.
